- âąī¸ 24-Hour Window: Request your exchange via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- đ¸ Condition: Shoes must be 100% unworn. You will need to share photos of clean soles and the box label. (Subject to stock availability).
- đ Doorstep Pickup: We arrange pickup via Leopards Courier. (If pickup is unavailable in your area, we may request a drop-off).
- đ¸ Logistics Fee: PKR 400 (Karachi) | PKR 800 (Outside Karachi). This covers the round-trip courier costs.
- đĻ Fast Dispatch: Your new size ships immediately once the original pair passes our quick warehouse check.
