👀 1. Visual Inspection at Your Doorstep
When the Leopards Courier rider arrives with your package, you are fully authorized to open the flyer and the Bellure shoe box to inspect your item before handing over the cash. You can verify the design, color, and the size printed on the label to ensure it matches your order perfectly.

🛑 2. The "No Try-On" Rule (Before Payment)
To maintain strict hygiene standards and protect our pristine shoe soles, customers are not permitted to wear or walk in the shoes before payment is completed. The inspection is strictly visual.

📦 3. Handle With Care
Please be mindful not to tear or damage the original Bellure box or internal packaging during your quick inspection.

↩️ 4. What If It’s Not What I Ordered?
If you open the parcel and find that the shoe is defective, damaged, or the wrong item entirely, simply hand the parcel back to the rider. You will not be charged a single rupee.

🔄 5. What If It Doesn't Fit Later?
Once you have paid the rider and received the shoes, you can safely try them on indoors on a clean surface. If you realize the size isn't a perfect fit, don't worry! You are fully covered by our 24-Hour Size Exchange Policy. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp, and we will arrange a replacement.
