The Bellure Exchange & Return Policy
đ Size Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit is important to us. If your new shoes aren't the right size, here is how we handle exchanges:
- Eligibility Window: Please request your exchange within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Condition & Proof: Shoes must be strictly unworn. To initiate the process, you will need to share clear photos of the clean shoe soles and the size label on the Bellure box.
- Availability: All size exchanges are subject to our current stock availability.
đ The Exchange Process
We want to make this as smooth as possible, so we handle the logistics!
- We will arrange a doorstep pickup via Leopards Courier.
- Note: In the rare event that Leopards pickup is unavailable in your area, we will kindly request you to drop the parcel off at your nearest Leopards center.
đ¸ Logistics Fees
(This covers the round-trip courier cost: returning your current pair and delivering the new size).
- Karachi: PKR 400
- Outside Karachi: PKR 800 per product
đ Dispatching Your New Pair
Your replacement size will be shipped out immediately once the original item reaches our warehouse and passes a quick quality inspection.

âŠī¸ Returns & Refunds
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns, order cancellations, or refused parcels will be issued as Bellure Store Credit.
- Processing Timeline: Your store credit will be processed and sent to you within 5â10 working days following our warehouse inspection.
- Using Your Credit: This credit can be applied to any future purchases on the Bellure website, provided the returned items are received in their original, unworn condition.
